By placing an order, accessing promotional links, or using any services provided by Joyhnny Culinary Operations (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promotional Offer & Pricing Policies

All promotional packages and bundle discounts presented on this website are limited-quantity promotional offerings subject to available warehouse inventory. Displayed pricing (1-Pack at $119.99, 2-Pack at $189.99, 3-Pack at $239.99, and 4-Pack at $289.99) reflects promotional discounts off standard retail MSRP. We reserve the right to end promotions or adjust pricing without prior notification. Applicable shipping, handling, and state taxes are calculated and presented clearly during final merchant checkout.

2. Shipping, Dispatch & Package Tracking

Orders are sent to our regional fulfillment centers for processing upon payment authorization. While warehouse personnel work to dispatch orders promptly, delivery transit times depend on regional freight routing, weather conditions, and destination geography. Direct carrier tracking codes are sent automatically via email once postage labels are printed.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H)

Every genuine Joyhnny Titanium Pro Pan is backed by an official 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H). If you are not completely delighted with your cooking results, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing our customer care team (support@joyhnny.org) within 30 calendar days from your confirmed delivery date.

Returned cookware must include the titanium pan, matching tempered glass lid, and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage fees. Following receipt and physical inspection at our distribution warehouse, a prompt refund will be processed to the original payment card, minus initial shipping and handling costs.

4. Cookware Use & Care Guidance

The Joyhnny Titanium Pro Pan is an advanced, un-coated titanium cookware instrument engineered with a physical lotus-leaf micro-textured surface. Because it does not rely on synthetic chemical coatings (like Teflon, PTFE, or chemical sprays), proper culinary technique—such as gentle preheating and using a light layer of cooking oil or butter—is recommended to achieve optimal food release.

The pan is safe for all stovetops (including induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen), oven-safe up to 750°F (400°C), compatible with metal utensils, and dishwasher safe. Avoid exposing the hot pan to sudden thermal shock (such as immersing an empty, red-hot pan into ice water) to preserve metallurgical flatness.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphics, text, branding, photography, layout designs, and trademarks displayed on joyhnny.org are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property statutes. Any unauthorized commercial copying, scraping, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joyhnny Culinary Operations and its fulfillment partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper culinary use, unattended high-heat cooking, or accidental culinary burns.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and federal statutes of the United States. Any disputes arising from transactions on this site shall be settled through binding individual arbitration.
